Returns & Cancellations
Vinos Unidos wants to ensure that your experience with our wine is as exceptional as the wine. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory.
If there has been any damage during shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the wine. Please return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed.
A $25 return fee will be applied to all canceled orders and to all shipments that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive package on 3 delivery attempts. Vinos Unidos cannot be held liable for any damage to orders shipped to an address where there is no legal-aged person available to sign for the package.
Vinos Unidos is also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. We will not ship wine if the forecast includes any extreme weather to attempt to deliver our wines in the best possible condition.
